A diagnostic review of the business takes place at the start of the season in order to tailor the programme to best suit and benefit the business.

Requirements
- All businesses must be operating in a London Borough
- All businesses must have been operating for a minimum of 12 months
- Designers must have a minimum of £10,000 sales
Applicants are required to provide supporting evidence to demonstrate they have met the eligibility criteria.
